I recently hired Armstrong Home Inspection Service to inspect a property that I am interested in purchasing. I was able to schedule online without the hassle of making a phone call, where I most likely would have had to leave a message. Shortly after scheduling, I received an email requesting payment, which was very convenient. Mark arrived at the property on the scheduled day/time and did a complete inspection - top to bottom, left to right, east to west, you name it. Within a few hours of completion, Mark had his findings in a report done and emailed to me. The report was very detailed and easy to understand. It was obvious that Mark had a lot of knowledge in this field, as it showed in the documentation of his thorough investigation. I highly recommend Armstrong Home Inspection Service. I recently contracted with Armstrong to do a pre-purchase inspection on a lake cabin and I couldn’t have been happier with the service they performed. Mark was very thorough going over the entire property, taking pictures of everything he was seeing. Once complete we went over all his findings, reviewing the pictures and Mark giving his opinion on what was good and what needed attention. Mark sent over the finalized report that evening and with that we were able to negotiate a price with the buyer to make the necessary repairs.
